Suicidality Clinical Practice Scale Flow Charts
The Suicidality Clinical Practice Scale Flow Charts were created to assist clinicians and healthcare providers in navigating the recommended suicidality assessments for a particular patient’s care. One flow chart helps the clinician navigate assessments for the initial visit with a patient and a second flow chart helps the clinician navigate assessments for subsequent visits.
Please note that for ease of navigation, the Suicidality Clinical Practice Flow Charts have many external hyperlinks between the graphics and the specific suicidality assessment scales pages on the HarmResearch.org website.
