Homicidality Clinical Practice Scale Flow Charts

The Homicidality Clinical Practice Scale Flow Charts were created to assist clinicians and healthcare providers in navigating the recommended homicidality assessments for a particular patient’s care. One flow chart helps the clinician navigate assessments for the initial visit with a patient and a second flow chart helps the clinician navigate assessments for subsequent visits.

Please note that for ease of navigation, the Homicidality Clinical Practice Flow Charts have many external hyperlinks between the graphics and the specific homicidality assessment scales pages on the HarmResearch.org website.  These external hyperlinks are only available when viewing the product in Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro, but not when viewing the product in page preview.
