The Suicidality Clinical Practice Scale Flow Charts were created to assist clinicians and healthcare providers in navigating the recommended suicidality assessments for a particular patient’s care. One flow chart helps the clinician navigate assessments for the initial visit with a patient and a second flow chart helps the clinician navigate assessments for subsequent visits.
