6. that you will not purchase training access unless you already have a fully executed license agreement signed by Dr. Sheehan for use of the paper version of the scale and / or structured interview that is the focus of the training you purchase and that you will immediately email training@harmresearch.org a copy of that license agreement after you complete your order.  It is the responsibility of the customer to email a copy of that license agreement to the training@harmresearch.org email address.  Training access may be revoked and any certificates of completion of training may be voided if that license agreement is not received by the training@harmresearch.org email address within 24 hours after completion of your order;

7. that you will not purchase any training directly through the website more than once, unless you are using unique coupon codes to access training;

8. that it is your responsibility to download any files within 30 days of completion of your order and that the internal system of the website will be used to track whether you download your file(s);

9. to abide by all laws, including copyright laws; and

10. that no refunds will be issued for any digital or online products including, but not limited to; preview copies of scales and / or structured interviews, ebooks, and/ or training.
