If you are having difficulty enrolling or completing training, please review the PDF guide for enrolling in and completing training provided to the CRO / Sponsor for your specific study.  If you do not have this file, please contact the CRO / Sponsor and request a copy.  If you are following those instructions and still are having difficulty, please email us a screen grab of the entire screen showing the point in which you have the difficulty or the point in which you receive the error message at training@harmresearch.org
