The Harm Research Press is the publishing division of the Harm Research Institute. The purpose of Harm Research Press is to publish academic quality publications on harm conditions.

The Harm Research Institute and the Harm Research Press were co-founded by Dr. David V. Sheehan and Jennifer M. Giddens.
